Morton's Neuroma
Do you have nerve pain between your toes? Is it painful when you wear your shoes?
Morton’s Neuroma or neuroma, is caused by compression of the nerves that are present between the bones in the foot.
Symptoms and Causes
Symptoms:
Pain in the front of the foot proximal to toes and can radiate to the toes.
Tingling & burning in toes
Pain increases when wearing narrow shoes.
Pain goes away/decreases when shoes are removed
Causes:
Tight fitting shoes
Narrow shoe toe box
High arched feet
Flat feet
Bunions
